As most of you know by now, we in the amplifier community lost one of our most respected amp collector/ designer/ technicians.

Mark Durham was taken from his family and us this summer in a fatal accident that left his wife and daughters at a huge disadvantage physically, mentally, and emotionally.

It also left anyone who knew him wondering what they could do to help ease the pain of the loss.
Sadly, that is a huge endeavor that cannot easily be accomplished.

Mark was respected and admired for his understanding of amplifier circuits, and readily shared his knowledge with others.  It seems anyone who knew Mark was drawn in to his warm and welcoming personality, and his sense of constant sharing. 

Perhaps now, we can all return the sense of sharing and come to the aid of his wife and two adopted daughters, who must, somehow, go on living without Mark.

All the proceeds from the sale of these tube amps and tube effects units go directly to the family in order to maintain day to day life, perhaps pay mortgage, medical bills, and basic needs such as food and clothing.  No matter how much is accumulated during this brief sale, it will never be enough, as life’s expenses go on.
